Discusses types of scheduling methods including calendars, Gantt charts and the critical path method and the pros and cons associated with each and some the the available software programs. This course also reviews current government regulations & licensing requirements, introduces modern delivery methods including design-bid-build, design build, pre-construction agreements. Reviews bidding and estimating methods. Including, scope of work, capabilities, costs, location, scheduling, cost codes, CSI specification master format, job costs vs. overhead, employee burden rates, take-offs and waste factors.
