It specifically focuses on legal requirements and how to comply with state and federal laws. This course is an overview of Utah State Lien Law, and the most recent changes. It addresses how to properly file with the SCR to maintain lien rights. It provides a detailed overview of important deadlines and filing processes. Qualifies for 6 contractor core credits, 6 electrician & plumber professional credits.
